Be responsible for your part of Sydney and its surrounding areas.  Based at HQ ONLY one day a week, with the rest of your working week to be carried out seeing clients in your area and working from home, this role provides an opportunity for a fresh minded self-motivated individual who wants to be rewarded for kicking some serious goals whilst working with a fun, dynamic team.  On the job training and coaching will be provided to the right candidate with a key focus on enhancing client experience through value adding to their business or organisation, whether it is a café, car dealership, hotel, casino or corporate office. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calling on warm or hot leads to create new business opportunities
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Following up with enquiries and customer call-backs
  • Cementing client relationships
  • Client meetings & Sales presentations
  • Pitching clients over the phone and face to face
  • Admin tasks using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Creating new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Liaising with affiliate businesses (networking)

  • Self-motivated

  • Have the ability to build instant rapport with prospective clients
  • Persuasive in getting your view across
  • Comfortable being “un-comfortable”
  • A quick thinker
  • Results focused
  • Comfortable in handling objections
  • FMCG experience preferred
