
Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Location: Chipping Norton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $32 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chipping Norton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building strong relationships over the phone, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Working consistent weekday hours (9:30am – 2:30pm), you will be responsible for making outbound calls, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Update and manage client information within CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
About You
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service is essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
