Our bustling bakery is seeking a full time 2IC Baker to join their busy production team from 7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday. A niche bakery, producing 25 million items per year, is looking for a Second in Charge Baker to join the team!

You will be responsible for producing up to 14 product lines, and maintaining the high quality the brand is known for.

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Preparing Ingredients
  • Preparing Baking Mix
  • Operating Bakery Machinery
  • Completing Compliance Paperwork
  • Quality Control Checks
  • Receiving and Storing deliveries
  • Stock Rotation
  • Assisting Bakery & Warehouse team
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Placing Orders as required
  • Cleaning

Whilst prior experience is mandatory, full training on our unique baking method and products will be provided over a 3 month period.
